Cancellation Rights

You may return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt in mint condition and we will issue an immediate refund.

Alternatively and in accordance with the distance selling regulations we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any item provided. Please contact us within 7 working days of your order receipt via a durable form such as post. We can then arrange for your refund to be processed (this may take up to 30 days). As part of your contract with us you are required to return any unwanted items to us within 30 days of cancellation. We can either arrange collection (at your cost) or you may arrange to return the items to us. Please note that you are obliged to have taken reasonable care of the items and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the items should you not return them to us within 30 days of cancellation.

Price Pledge - Fishtec promises to match any identical item genuinely advertised cheaper elsewhere by one of our competitors who have the item in stock. It is our company aim to encourage more people to use the Internet as a means of purchasing quality fishing tackle. As a result you will find some of the prices and deals on this site are more competitive than in our printed catalogue. Our price pledge refers to UK sourced products available ex stock and excludes magazine flag flap offers. We reserve the right not to offer our pledge on liquidated, end of line or OEM items, prices that have been printed incorrectly or prices when the supplier cannot supply owing to lack of stock. Price pledge refunds will be made in the form of discount/credit at the time of ordering.

Product Exchanges & Refunds - If you need to exchange a product for an alternative (for example if you have the incorrect size jacket) please do so by sending the unused and as new goods with the original packaging, all labels and tags and in a re-saleable condition back to us within 14 days of receipt by a secure delivery method. We recommend you use Royal Mail recorded or special delivery or a courier as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of goods.

Please enclose a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Please advise what the reason for the return is and the action you require regarding a replacement or alternative. This will allow us to gain all the relevant information and to process the return as quickly as possible. On receipt of the goods we will inspect the products to ensure they meet our requirements.

You are responsible for return postage costs to us and the goods must be in an unused and as new condition. We will pay for postage costs for the new item being returned to you except for orders outside of the UK. We reserve the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our conditions above. Please see below for further requirements.

Next Day Delivery - Mainland UK orders only - £9.95

Next Day Delivery is available (excluding Highlands, Islands and overseas) for orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday. Items under 2kg are sent by first class post where 95% of all orders are received next working day. All other orders are sent by Interlink on next day courier service where 98% of items are delivered next day. Please note we are in the hands of our trusted couriers and therefore cannot guarantee this service.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery to the following postcodes: AB33-38, AB44-45, AB51-56, FK20, G83, ALL IV, ALL KW, PA21-40, PH19-26, PF30-44, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-69, PA70-78, PA88. Delivery time to these postcodes should take 3-4 days.

N.B. Delivery times do not include Bank Holidays. A signature will be required.

Delivery: UK Customers

Orders are assigned varying P&P costs depending on the weight of the goods.

98% of all orders placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday are delivered within 1-2 working days (guaranteed next day delivery £9.95).

Light weight items (hooks, floats, lines, lures etc) orders are charged £3.50 P&P.

Medium weight items (reels, bite alarms etc) orders are charged £5.95 P&P.

Heavy weight items (rods, luggage, bivvies, chairs etc) orders are charged £7.95 P&P.

Bait - Light (Up to 1Kg): £3.50, Medium (1Kg-4Kg): £5.95, Heavy (4Kg-10Kg): £7.95, Very Heavy (10Kg+): £9.95.

24hr Courier Service (guaranteed next day delivery) - mainland UK orders only - £9.95 (Monday to Thursday before 3pm) A signature will be required on delivery.

N.B. If the wrong postage option is selected we will alter the postage cost during order fulfilment.

Delivery: Highlands, Islands & Isle of Man

Delivery: Eire & Northern Ireland

Light weight items (hooks, floats, lines, lures etc) orders are charged £4.00 P&P.

Heavy weight Items (reels, bite alarms, rods, luggage, bivvies, chairs etc) are charged £15.00 P&P minimum to Northern Ireland and £10.00 to Eire.

Delivery: Overseas Orders & BFPO

All overseas orders incur a minimum £10.00 P&P charge on all orders. Exact postage will be calculated and customers will be informed prior to dispatch.

We will only send an overseas order if all items are in stock. We advise you to ensure somebody is present at the delivery address as a signature will be required.

We must be informed of all damaged deliveries within 48 hours.

We cannot take any responsibility for late or lost returned parcels.
