Terms and Conditions:

• Each customer is automatically registered into the Fishtec Loyalty points scheme on completing online registration.
• Only one account is permitted per customer and delivery address.
• Loyalty points are only earned on purchases of £20 or more, prior to any postage and packing charges.
• Points can only be earned against correct accounts at the point of ordering.
• Loyalty points are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any individual found to have multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes will be automatically removed from the loyalty scheme and their account closed.
• Points awaiting approval will be added to your account 7 days after completion of your relevant order.
• All loyalty scheme points issued are valid for a 12 month period from date of issue, any points that are older than 12 months will automatically expire. It is the customers responsibility to use all points within the valid period.
• Loyalty points can only be earned and redeemed via online orders only.
• There are no limits to the number of loyalty points that can be earned or redeemed in a 12 month period.
• In order to collect points for referring a friend, that friend must not have already purchased from Fishtec.
• Referrals cannot be made for people who share the same address.
• Referral codes posted on coupon or discount code sites do not count as referrals and may result in your referral code being changed.
• We reserve the right to amend, restrict or remove this scheme at any time without prior notice.
• We may add or remove ways of earning loyalty point from time to time. All changes will be communicated via our general newsletter email subscription.
