First order good. Arrived very quickly first class service.
Second order disaster. Took well over a week to arrive and when it did the contents bore no resemblance to the invoice. I had received someone elses order!

Rod & bait arrived quickly BUT to wrong address (ie NOT to the stated delivery address). Overcharged by £5 but this was rectified after 2 emails(nil result) & 1 phone call (instant result).
