Put in 2 orders over Xmas and a Cruiser trolley arrived damaged - box conmpletely ripped apart with missing components which I'm still waiting for.	Thanks for the feedback. This is simply not good enough. We have has just raised your complaint with City Link and will establish what went wrong and what needs to be done to avoid it happening again. We will be in touch re the missing parts.
