The Shimano Aerocast ACM rod range is constructed using the XT200 carbon and Biofibre featuring the revolutionary Oval blank technology. by simply turning the rod to the side, the stiffness of the rod decreases dramatically, perfect for absorbing those quick lunges made by a chub into the foliage. When the rod is pointing upwards the stiffer side of the oval blank comes into play and gives more power for netting fish.
The Shimano Aerocast features Fuji Alconite guides, a custom screw reel seat and a power cork handle, not only for cosmetic purposes. These Shimano rods are the very best quality, but it’s when you play a fish that the Aerocast really does stand head and shoulders above other rods.
