The order was delayed though this was quite possibly due to the shipping agent.

For item 2 there should be a middle option OK - I would choose that.

I was particularly pleased on this most recent occasion with the way my order was processed. I was offered a more expensive substitute product for one that was out of stock and a product that I could not find on the web-site was supplied after receiving a phone-call from Fishtec.
