Have no problem with fish tec but the firm used to delivery it are not very user friendly . There web site only gives you the whole day for delivery and not pm or am and they don't read any extra instructions placed on the order label

I ordered my goods on wed evening and paid for guaranteed next day delivery but due to heavy snow didn't get my order until sat. I know theres not a lot u can do about the weather but it shouldn't have said GUARANTEED next day delivery
